Pricing 2024-25 season (June 2024-May 2025)
Minimum annual contract: $400 (11 Express visits)
Express Home Visits
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: $40 per visit Includes basic HW services and plant watering
Basic services: Pictures of all rooms and garage as well as lanai in a report.
Running water in sinks and flushing toilets, checking general home condition and pool (including filling). Getting the mail, putting out the trash and starting cars. You will receive an immediate call or text should we find a problem.
Premium Home Visits
Saturday or Sunday, or after 6 pm weekdays: $50 per visit
Includes all Express Home Visit services, plus:
Concierge services (vendor appointments, deliveries, packages, trash, errands, pre-arrival and post departure services when not doing a normal home watch visit). Concierge services are billed at $50/hour.
Storm Services (Hurricanes)
Actual services, if needed, are billed at $75/hour
72 hour notification required before predicted arrival of storm for guarantee of service
